Viking ship salt cellars

Silver with five shields, page two

Silver, five shields, ship number 6
This ship has 2 identical dragon heads.  The five shields are bidirectional.  This ship came with a spoon and a cobalt blue glass liner  The liner appears to be pressed glass, and it doesn't have a cut or beveled edge.  The liner sits well down inside the ship.  This ship may also come with a clear glass liner.
This is a closeup of the shields.  They are identical to each other.
There are two serpents near the rim of the ship on each side, with each serpent facing the shields.
This is a closeup of one of the dragon heads.
This is the marking on the underside of the ship.  Embossed from inside, it shows the outline of a 'scroll', inside of which are the words "STERLING" and "SWEDEN".  I could find no other markings on this ship.
This is the front of the spoon that came with this ship.  It measures 2 3/8 inches long.
This is a closeup of the ship at the top of the spoon.  The ship is well detailed, there are even markings on the dragon tail.
This is the reverse of the spoon.  On the handle, near the bowl, it is marked "STERLING SWEDEN".
Silver, five shields, ship number 7
This ship has 2 identical dragon heads.  The five shields are bidirectional.  This ship came with a spoon (which may turn out to belong with another ship, see below) and a clear glass liner  The liner has a flat rim that is very slightly hand-beveled along both its inside and outside edges.
This is a closeup of the shields.  They are identical to each other.
This is a closeup of one of the dragon heads.
This is the marking on the underside of the ship.  Stamped into the ship is the word "ALPAKA" (see the Definitions page).  Unknown whether the alloy contains any silver, or if the ship is silverplated.
This is the front of the spoon that came with this ship.  It measures 2 ¼ inches long.
This is a closeup of the ship and the decorative detailing at the top of the spoon.
This is the reverse of the spoon.  On the handle, near the bowl, it is marked "830S" and the mark of Brødrene Lohne.  Because this marking does not match that on the ship, I do not believe this spoon belongs with this ship, but I do not know for sure which viking ship this spoon is 'supposed' to go with.

This spoon appears to be identical to the spoon shown with ship #4207 in H&J (that ship appears identical to silver 5-shield ship #8, but with a different scene in the bottom, and stamped 830S).

Silver, five shields, ship number 8
This ship has 2 identical dragon heads.  The five shields are bidirectional.  This ship did not come with a spoon or liner, I do not know if it is supposed to come with either.
This is a closeup of the shields.  They are identical to each other.
This is a closeup of one of the dragon heads.
This is the marking stamped into the ship at the rim, near the shields.  It says "ALP.".  Unknown whether the alloy contains any silver, or if the ship is silverplated.
This is the scene in the bottom of the ship.  Embossed from underneath, it has the word "NORGE", surrounded by a pattern of dots, and twelve stars.  The marking "ALP." is stamped twice into the ship from the inside, at the edge, near the 'N' of NORGE.
Variation 1 - no picture yet
This same ship has been seen with a clear glass liner, and marked "830S" in the bottom inside of the ship.
