Puppy Class
Puppy Class is a four-week class for puppies eight to sixteen weeks of age. This class teaches you how to solve basic puppy problems such as chewing, biting and housebreaking, while also introducing crate training, coming when called and walking on a loose leash. Puppy class also helps socialize your puppy and introduces obedience training in a fun and positive way.
Beginner’s Class
This is an eight-week class for puppies or adult dogs four months of age or older. This class teaches basic obedience commands such as come, sit, down and stay as well as teaching house manners.
Advanced Beginner’s Class
This class is also an eight-week class for dogs who have graduated from the Beginner’s
Class or have the equivalent training of the Beginner’s Class. This class builds on the
Beginner's exercises as well as teaching hand signals, and readies the dog for off-lead work.
Therapy Dog Class
This 7-week class prepares you and your dog for the Delta Society's "Pet Partner" evaluation. Many animal-assisted therapy programs (including those which visit hospitals and nursing homes with pets) require pets and handlers to pass the Delta Society's evaluation.
Obedience Competition Classes

- Companion Dog Excellent - prepares you and your dog for the second level of AKC obedience competition. Dogs earn a CDX (Companion Dog Excellent) title by having a qualifying score in three Open obedience competitions. You build on the novice skills, adding more off-leash exercises, and jumping and retrieving exercises.
- Utility Dog - prepares you and your dog for the third level of AKC obedience competition. Dogs earn a UD (Utility Dog) title by having a qualifying score in three Utility obedience competitions. This challenging class includes directed retrieves, scent discrimination, jumping, and hand-signal-only exercises.
